Swiss Spinach Samplers

If your like me getting your kiddos to eat any type of vegetable is hard work. This is a yummy way that has a kid friendly prep to get your children to eat more vegetables.

What You Need:

  • 1 1/2 Swiss cheese, shredded at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 C spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 C mayonnaise
  • 8 English muffin halves

How to Make It:

  1. Stir the cheese, peppers, spinach and mayonnaise together in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Spread each English muffin half with the mixture.

True Brotherly Love ~ A Major Life Lesson Learned

There are Major lessons in life that we all have to learn. Some come easy from mom, others come from dad then there are the times in our lives we learn the most from a sibling. As tough as it may be on mom to not be a part of this lesson its important to just sit back and let things fall in to place. I guess this proves that we had two major lessons learned last night.
