Planter boxes are also quite easy to make, and they do not require sanding or finishing. Even simple picnic tables may be built from start to finish in one day.

Beaded jewelry – You can create several simple beaded jewelry projects in one day, possibly even an entire matched set.? More elaborate pieces can be done in one day as well.

T-shirts – Decorating a t-shirt is a fun and easy project that you can do in one day. You could tie-dye it, create and apply an iron-on, or paint it with fabric paint. This also makes a great group project.

Mini-scrapbooks – You could easily create a small scrapbook in a day. Using simple layouts and embellishments such as stickers and die cuts, you can make a nice memory book using photos from a trip, birthday party or other special event. These make wonderful gifts for people who were there with you.
