Meal Planning Monday 10/29
I am going to start meal planning to help the family get healthier with meals planned there is no need/want to go out to eat as much so since they wont ‘diet’ I figure planning what they eat is a easier way to go. So they are but don’t know it
So I am starting to do the Meal Plan Monday
Monday roast potatoes and veggies
Tuesday Tacos and Taco Salad
Wed baked porkchops, salad and some side
Thursday Stirfry chicken rice
Friday Meatloaf mashed potatoes
Saturday BBQ Steaks Baked potatoes, corn on the cob
Sunday Baked Chicken (Not sure what else with it yet)
