Skillet Goulash
I Love quick and easy dinners and this one is on the top of my go to list when things are going crazy and fast in this house. One thing about this recipe is the kids love it, any mom to more then one child knows that something they all love is a hugs plus.
Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 pounds of ground beef (or chuck)
- 1/2 pound of elbow macaroni
- 1/2 of a green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 jar of spaghetti sauce (28 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 small onion, chopped
South of the Border Meatballs
Does your family love meatballs, or are you looking for a way to shake them up a little here is a quick recipe to make some yummy meatballs for a meal or even an appetizer.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds of ground pork ? You can also use ground beef, ground turkey or a combination of the three meats
- 1 packet taco Seasoning
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs, unseasoned
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1/4 cup green pepper, minced
- 1 1/2 cups of chunky salsa
- Vegetable oil (may not need if using ground beef)
One Skillet Steak Dinner
Many times dinner time comes before we realize that it is here.? We are rushed and want something yummy, quick, and easy to clean up. This is one of my most favorite week night recipes. I usually serve it with some rice and a veggie.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
- 1 and 1/2 pounds of beef cubed steak (minute steak)
- 4 Tablespoons of canola oil
- 1/3 of mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon of Dijon mustard
