Kids Choosing Healthy

Yesterday I had to pick up the kids from school then head out of town to do a few things with the church. These two always need a snack after school and from day to day it varies.  I decided that before picking them up I would pack a snack since I didn’t know how long we would be gone I would grab a few things, not knowing exactly what they would want I decided to grab enough so they could have enough to hold them over so we wouldnt have to stop and grab anything while we were out. I grabbed two tangerines, an apple, some carrot sticks, some celery with peanut butter on top, some chips and some cookies. I figured that would be enough for the 4 hours I figured it would take and probably enough to share with mom.
