I have a dear friend of mine who is also on a weight loss journey. She is thriving to get healthy and fit. She is using a product called Plexus Slim and this is totally working great for her. Her goal now is to help others get to a healthier weight too. I am so inspired by Sheri and I wanted to share this interview she did a few days ago to help her spread the word. I am so thinking about trying this if what I am doing does not work out.
Life On Cinch 1 Week Down #cinchspirational
Well here we are one week in to the Cinch Program. I am feeling great. The Meal in a Bars are really good, This week has been a crazy week so the shakes haven’t been an easy task to drink I am so thankful that there was the opportunity to take it with me to eat while driving down the road to take care of business. The Snack bars are great for the same reason I keep? a few in my purse just in case if I am not able to get a different snack. I was also off for a couple days last weekend when I was having some tummy issues. I am pretty sure it had nothing to do with the Cinch unless it was just the sudden flow of healthier stuff like iron, vitamins, and protein. Before Chich I would often just eat one meal a day so suddenly eating more and all of that may have tossed my IBS in to a frenzy. Glad to say all of that is fixed.

We’re more informed about the benefits of a good workout routine than ever before, but who can work a full cardio and strength training regimen in, even if it is just a few times a week?
For those who want to improve overall fitness but feel that there aren’t enough hours in the day, circuit training may be the answer. As the name suggests, circuit training involves doing a series of exercises in rapid succession. Over a period of 30 minutes to an hour, one can use circuit training to work all of the major muscle groups and get a good aerobic workout.
Capoeira – How to Get Started
When it comes to exercise, many people find it hard to stay motivated. This is often because they find it boring and monotonous. But those who feel this way probably haven’t been exposed to capoeira.
Capoeira is more than just a type of exercise. It is an art form that originated with African slaves in Brazil in the 16th century. Capoeira combines elements of dance, acrobatics and martial arts into a graceful and exciting game.
Traditionally, capoeira began with participants forming a circle. They would then take turns sparring in the middle, using a combination of acrobatic moves and African and Brazilian fighting styles. Music was also an important part of the ritual.
