All moms tend to think that they can only take care of everyone else. But this is not the case, moms are just as important as everyone else in the family.? Often times moms get run down and don’t take care of themselves.? I think all moms do it especially when their children are toddlers and preschoolers your always running around doing things for them, cleaning and making sure dinner is on the table at a certain time before you know it the day is gone and there is no time to do something for you.

I am sure we all have some sort of to-do list, filled with the tasks that need to be done on a particular day or week. The lists are usually filled with going to the store, cleaning the kitchen, getting to the bank the list can go on fill of chores that need to be done or things we need to do for our children.This is fine in fact we do this so we don?t forget what needs to be done.
