As the mom of four children three who are in school, I am always worried about cliques. They can be good on some levels and terrible on others. It is amazing the amount of peer pressure that children experience in today’s society. Cliques: Eight Steps to Help Your Child Survive the Social Jungle
is a must have for those with children and will enlighten those who do not have children. The social pressures that our children deal with on a daily basis are ones that we as parents and adults must be aware of.
Tips for Helping Your Child Deal Cliques in School
Do you remember when you were in school and there was one group of students that everyone wanted to be a part of? Those groups, also called cliques, may have thought they were cool when they made fun of anyone who wasn’t a part of them. And they’re still around today. Your own children or teens may be facing their own issues with cliques in school.
Depending upon whether they’re a part of the “in” crowd or not could make their time in school enjoyable or not so enjoyable. In fact, experts believe part of the reason there have been so many school shootings in recent years is because some teens were ostracized or made fun of by the popular cliques at each school.
Seasonal Depresson and The Like
Last winter I shared some information and feelings that I experienced that I was going through and that I didn’t I felt that many people were unaware of. Many people did not know I was going through these aside close family members and friends. However there were many others out there going through these issues as well so I am going to be sharing some information that I have researched on the topics this season before it hits to hopefully help everyone before it hits so if they begin to start feeling these things they can get some help. Please know that this is not in anyway any type of help or diagnoses just somethings that I have found that have helped me figure things out when to seek professional help.







Usually a schoolyard bully is a child, often bigger than their peers, who uses their size as a means to manipulate and take advantage of other children. Often the bully senses the vulnerability of other students and capitalizes on those feelings.
