Stress, Depression, and Exercise

As I have mentioned before that I am Bi-polar more on the depressed side then manic. I went to the Dr yesterday for a check up and all was the same as it has been she did give me something to help me sleep since I haven’t been sleeping. I haven’t been sleeping because of stress from my son. Something that is not much discussed he is also bi-polar and it seems that he has been stuck in a manic/rage state the last few months. We was evaluated and found that he possibly has aspergers syndrome we are looking more in to that with his Dr. So yea things have been stressful here with him and the other kiddos driving me crazy but it will be ok.
